New York Institute of Technology - Thesis:
New York City Charter School and Community Center
This is my last project as a student at NYIT. The site is in Harlem NY, and it is a School and Recreation center. It is located between 116th Street and 119th Street, and between Pleasant Avenue and the FDR Drive, The large program for the site made it difficult to complete everything I would have liked to have for my final crit. The plans are well detailed considering the amount of time I had. The renderings are by far not my best. With the time constraints and size of my project Iwas not able to focus enough time into them. While Iam not UNHAPPY with them, Istill think I could have done better with a coupl weeks extra. Oh well, guess Ilearned a little something about how much work I CAN get done in a specific time.
